What’s up with my chicken??

My chickens just started laying about a month ago so they are young and now I have two that have white spots on their ear area. Anyone have some suggestions on what I should do? I am in Arizona but it is not hot yet. They get fresh water every day and fed a high protein diet. They are laying normal and eating and drinking well. Have access to dirt bath with diatomaceous earth and wood ash. Cleaned the coop and nesting boxes today and didn’t notice any lice, or bugs. Any ideas??

Normal pigment for the breed, some breeds have white earlobes, or blue or greenish.
