What breed and sex

Hi I'm wondering if anyone could tell me the breed and sex of this chicken, i was told plymouth rock and cockerel.

It's not a barred Plymouth Rock.
Those would have yellow shanks. Yours has white.

Ya It'd just be a guess to me. Cuckoo Marans have white skin but in the one pic it looks like white lobes that wouldn't be correct. Also just don't strike me as one because of body shape.
Is it supposed to be a "breed" or could it be a mix? If no guarantee it's not a mix then everything goes out the window.
BTW adding age will help people with it's sex.

It could be a mix I'm not sure I was giving some eggs which I incubated, it's coming upto 14 weeks old on Thursday.

It's a cockerel, whatever it is.

Definitely a cockerel. Probably a mix. You'll have to ask what type of hens and roosters the person has that gave you the eggs to incubate.

Plymouth Barred Rocks are supposed to have yellow legs but sometimes they are not bred to standard. I have 2 Welsummers that have pale legs and are supposed to be yellow so who knows!
