Yep! I’m like a magnet for inconveniencesSo you’ve decided you wanted to use my technique.
Thankfully I was on the patio and I got around 3/4 of them picked upYep! I’m like a magnet for inconveniences
I tried one preparing it as a regular over easy/medium and agree with your hubby, texture a bit off and flavor seemed "weak" not so eggy tasting. I used 4 of the WG eggs with 4 fresh eggs for quiche and do the same with dehydrated.I did another batch this summer.
Hubby doesn't like the texture/flavor of the WG eggs. Also, the yolk nearly always breaks, so I use them for scrambled eggs and baking.
Then you haven’t achieved my level yet. I’ve achieved being a magnet for catastrophe.Yep! I’m like a magnet for inconveniences
Welp, I can say with relative certainty the lemon peels didn’t work; I found another chipmunk that tried to hang itself in the garden netting today.Peas are still in the process of drying up but I got maybe half a dozen small pods that seemed ready. I also planted some new ones in with the romaine and put some of the peels from the lemonade lemons over the top because it looked like something was digging in that planter and I remember someone here using those for pest repellent. Hope it works.
Did the chipmunk succeed in the deed?Welp, I can say with relative certainty the lemon peels didn’t work; I found another chipmunk that tried to hang itself in the garden netting today.![]()
Wouldn’t simply refrigerating unwashed eggs give you roughly the same shelf life as water glassing?Do you ever water glass or dehydrate?
