What did you do in the garden today?

I know a cutting board looks purple-red (IMO ready to be replaced) after 4 years of cutting and preparing beets.
I'm not a carpenter but, what about food coloring and a little vinegar? How big is your project?
It's about 50"×53". So it's fairly big. I'm going to try putting a pipe in the middle to put kitchen scraps in for the worms to a make compost system in it.

The lettuce and bok choy seeds I planted a few days ago are already sprouting. That was quick!

I raised them up so they're about 6 inches away from the grow light, so they don't get leggy.

Baker Creek is good on prices and if they have a delivery fee it's cheap but I don't think they charge for shipping.

Have you checked Etsy? I’ve had great luck finding stuff there and often cheaper than amazon.

MI Gardner doesn't charge shipping if your order is above 12$ I believe. I'm not sure if they offer these particular seeds or not but check them out! Also, Etsy offers lots of seeds

Thanks everybody. I'll be looking tonight online.

Have you checked Walmart.com? They try to beat Amazon on pricing. Could be an option

:old I checked our local WalMart and they did not have bitter melon seeds. I did not think of checking online. I guess I need to get up to speed on that. I have ordered lots of stuff from Menards and Home Depot online, but have never used WalMart online. I'll check them out tonight.

Aside from the fact that peppers don't grow from the stem like that (notice the location of the blossom in the earlier shot), and there is no sign of roots on those potatoes, I have some questions.

Five days for pepper germination?

Why the constant use of rooting hormone? Is that supposed to be fertilizer?

What is with the egg?

That baby pepper is way too small for grafting. I want much more detail on the grafting process. What I see doesn't make sense.

Garlic??!! What are the garlic and aloe vera for? He feeds it separately...

The dirt would not stay in the bucket, no matter how perfect the fit.

While it is possible to graft a potato and a pepper, the potatoes in the final shot are not attached to any kind of root system. The peppers are also not attached. The soil would be far more compacted. The potatoes would be deformed from growing so close together. And while it is possible to get that many potatoes from one plant it's highly unlikely.

My conclusion: while this may be a possibility, this video is a fraud. I would need far more information on their process to determine whether it would work as shown.
