What is this rooster?

Any idea what breeds this barnyard rooster may contain?

When I looked up RIR, I saw why it came to mind. But when I looked up chicks, they didn't resemble him at three weeks. Olive Egger would be fun.

I had a rooster that looked like that. He hatched from a Blue egg. His mother was a Whiting True Blue and dad was a Speckled Sussex.

Okay, so these are his four off-spring (I believe all from red sex links). One chick has green legs, the rest yellow, one with feathers). I’m surprised to see dots on the one chick. They are 10 days old} makes me wonder about the speckled Sussex.

Chick coloring can be deceptive. I don't think it is spangled but the juvenile feathers just looks a bit like that. But time will tell.

I think that he‘s just a mix. Muffs, feathered and yellow legs, nothing seems pure to me.
