what kind of demon bird is this

this little thing is a demon it attacks my cats for no reason at all they walk across the yard and it swopes down at them and attacks them at first i thought it was a mama bird protecting her nest but we have seached everywhere and cant find a nest at all and it attacks them no matter where they are they can be out in the feild on the porch or in the yard and it attacks them i swear its a demon bird lol

Hard to tell, but looks like a mocking bird to me. They are very aggressive and she probably has a nest close by. I have seen them attack cats and other birds...

mocking bird they tend to get mean if they have a nest of babies or they do it just cuz they think it is fun

Mockingbird. My dogs get swooped on and yelled at when they get within 20 feet of a baby mockingbird on the ground. The babies blend in really well. I was looking for one to see why the mama was swooping at us. I finally saw it 3 feet from me. Wouldn't have noticed it, otherwise! They are darker than mom, no white, kind of like an old dirty oil spill.
