Two things:

Hubby got the dryer fixed.

I had a positive customer service experience (gasp)! I needed to order some more garbage tags. The last time I did this, the CS person (actual person) told me that they might be phasing the tags out, which would mean either I pay 4X what I pay now and use one of their dumpster carts, or try to find another service/solution.

The woman I talked to today didn't mention phasing out the tags, and I was able to order 40. The last time I was only allowed to order 10. So, I have plenty of tags coming, and it looks like they still value us customers who don't create a lot of garbage. 40 tags will last the rest of the year for us.
