Went out for Mexican this afternoon, so tonight I'm making a minestrone soup. Need something light.

Hubby is having leftover casserole. I'll probably nibble at some leftover chicken and eat an orange.

I wasn't going to have anything. For lunch I ate two huge toasted ham and Swiss sandwiches on Kaiser rolls.
But I have to use up some hamburger, so it needs cooked. Not to mention an hour ago I found out my refrigerator just died.
So I might make it into something.

We didn't have the minestrone tonight, so I'll make it tomorrow night with a salad and crusty bread.

Lunch was too big and we never got hungry enough to eat anything.
