I'm with Rosemary, You got a beautiful coop there but it looks void of air flow. No windows are open and the soffits are closed (that we can tell). Moisture and ammonia will build up from the night roosting and be unhealthy, if so.

Do you have more pictures of the inside and venting?

Lots of ventilation 6 open windows and a roof ridge vent. Also, an electric fan for the extra hot days.
