Hmm, good point, I'd been using a kitchen scale but my other birds are in the 2 to 6 pound range, I might have to bust out the bathroom scale for this guy

I have neither of those.

What do you use for a scale? I need one.

Start by weighing yourself then stuff the chicken in your coat and weigh yourself again. It’s simple subtraction from there.

I’m not sure if I’m brave enough to stuff my rooster in my coat. It’s been a while since I have picked him up and those spurs are getting pretty big.

I feel you could share some sage advice on how to live with less stress, ie, kick that dang scale outta the house!
