If there was, it wasn't a required field, and unfortunately with this software, once we mark a field as required, it makes it required for all members regardless of when they joined.

A lot of the smilies are from 3 platforms ago and we've carried them with us during each move. We replaced the default xenforo ones with our old-timers to maintain consistency :)
He needs to add [email protected] to his address book, whitelist, and search for any emails from BYC in the past 10 days that might be in his spam folder, and mark them as not-spam. He can also try to contact his email provider and request that they manually whitelist BYC.
I'm hoping that if more members white-list our [email protected] email address, that the email providers will notice and stop blocking our emails.
