A proud little mama of 9 new little babies. And my other little hen that looks just like her has 12 eggs due in about a week.

His name is Saint.. After our Louisiana football team the Saints who's colors are black and gold.

I think he is a pretty cool color and has thrown some interesting colored chicks. The man that i got him from had BTW, BTB, Mottled Black, and Grays. He just let them breed naturally and mix color.

Here is my newest hatch they are 6 days old. I can't wait to see what colors they turn out. There are six here and my other hen hatched seven and they are 4 weeks old. Life is good. :0)

Its really weird it almost looks like it barred. I think i may have another one from another hatch thats going to be this color also. Its only about 4 days old so to tell exactly but both hatches are all from same Roo.

[/IMG] Can anyone tell me what color this little guy is? Or what color he will turn out to be? He or she is the only one I have this color. The mother hen is a black mottle and the rooster is colored like a gray but where the silver should be is a very rich gold.

Well today was a terrible day. I recieved my 30 japs this morning and all were DOA. It was just sickening. Plus i had finals testing in my Paramedic class for this semester so my mind was not in a great state :0(
