Today is day 19 for my broody game hen. she is sitting on bantam eggs (duccles, ee's, and games) and 2 nn crosses. when I was feeding everyone this morning I thought I heard her clucking, so I went over and took a look. Sure enough, She's got chicks under her, 2 days early.
I wouldn't be worried about it if it's less than a day old. Turkeys take a bit longer than chicks to get up on their feet and start moving around. Also poults tend to sleep most of the time for the first couple of days.
I hope all goes well for you!

Congrats! sorry to hear you lost a couple, I'm glad to hear all the others are doing well.
Congrats!

My broodies got mixed up when we were away and one of the nest had no broody sitting on it when we got home about 1:30am.
I estimate the nest was like that for about 10 hours because they were...
My Cochin bantam has hatched. I only got 3/8. 3 of the eggs were infertile, one of the eggs pipped, but didn't survive, and the last egg was dead in shell.
