Bloody Egg?

I went out to collect eggs yesterday and one of my hens layed a egg that was all bloody. I thought it was a one time thing but I found another on of her eggs the same way today. I just need to know if it will go away and if it isn't a serious problem. Thanks and here's a pic.

Is she a new layer? Have you checked her vent closely? Would double check to be sure she isn't working on a prolapse or has been vent picked etc.

She isn't a new layer and seems to be happy and healthy. That's what's weird.
