Oh I realize that. I just didn't mark down when they started sitting. Checked a couple of eggs from the scovies this morning, and it should be soon. I hope.

Hearing some little noises from the eggs! The only reason I noticed the pip was going to candle and being surprised by a noise when my hand went over the pip!

This might be a very silly question. But if neither of my ducks are broody and I put the new babies in with them, is there a chance they may take them on? I’m guessing it’s very unlikely.

I've done it and it worked. Until Momma duck decided she didn't want to be a mother anymore... >.<

I want to try but the free range fenced are is mixed with the chickens and the ducks are new to me. I might give it a try and feel it out while I’m off work. See how it goes and judge from there.

I didn't have any issues with the chickens around the ducklings.
