If your parents don't want them, I guess you're out of luck for a while.
Plus, you would be very sad if your dogs killed them.
Chickens really are outdoor animals. Among their favorite routines are scratching in dirt for bugs and seeds as well as dust bathing. I doubt they could do those things inside your home.
For the chickens' well being, they should be allowed to pursue those activities.

Since I’m not allowed to have cockerels/roosters in my town I want to get a silkie cockerel/rooster that would be a house chicken for most of the day but he would get a few hours outdoors everyday when people won’t be sleeping.
I have 2 options to get my house silkie.
1. Ask my parents repeatedly until they give in.
Or....
2. I’ll just bring him home.

Hello....Not to upset you at all, Chickens are discusting in the house...Stink And create more Dust than you could imagine..
