Chicken Foot issue

If it were bumblefoot, staph infection wouldve killed your hen by now. There's no stopping it once the infection reaches the leg bone. Then the infection quickly spreads through their body and no amount of antibiotics will stop it.
It's gout.

Update: We have been soaking Bigfoot's (yeah, that's what we named her, lol) feet in Epsom Salt several times a week and giving her tart cherry extract. While her feet don't look all that much better, they aren't getting any worse. She's still moving around quite well, eating and drinking and laying. So. we'll continue with this and hope the treatment is making her a little more comfortable.
