Loads of ventilation, it is a very airy coop built for Texas weather. Just had another one of the flock checked for worms and she came back clear. I’ll double check crop tonight and in morning. But I keep a general eye on crops and I think I would have noticed if she had issue there. I’ll treat flock for worms just to be safe. How much ventilation in your coop?
She's eating/drinking?
Getting a fecal float to check for worms would be a good idea and make sure her crop is emptying overnight.
Crop was totally empty this morning. She hasn’t done anymore of the gasping since about 3:30 am. She has now had nutridrench and dewormer. She is eating and drinking. But still moving around a bit slow. How did her crop feel this morning? She was really gasping for air in the video. Most feed stores do not carry the right antibiotics for a respiratory disease. About all they might have is oxytetracycline ((LA 200 or other brand) that is injectable. Those are for cattle and are injected once every 3 days, and long acting. If her disease is from a virus or mold, then the antibiotics don’t help. A virus may take weeks to get better. It may help symptoms of a bacterial respiratory disease or mycoplasma (MG.) Sometimes you can get Tylosin to put in the water from here:

Doxycycline, Denagard, and Baytril or enrofloxacin are others that can be effective against MG. There is always an egg withdrawal time of 2-4 weeks depending on the medication used. I hope that she gets better because the gasping must be scary.
Well, we'll have to get @Eggcessive and @casportpony to help check this. I doubt one capsule is going to be a correct dose. This is what we ended up getting. Our feed store was out of the goat safeguard. They did have the ivermectin for horses but I thought that might be complicated.
I am wondering how most of you administer these capsules. I mixed s bit of boiled egg and yogurt with the contents of one tablet and fed that to the hens individually. But the Roo just picks it up and drops it while calling his hens to come get it! How do I get this into him? Bless his heart.
