Don't be fooled by the cute face. She is quite the intelligent bird and has even been able to accurately predict what is going to happen, and my many ways of catching her.

No can do, they were very yummy though....

Just kidding I haven't eaten them, yet. Those eggs are not fertile at all, there are no roosters running with her capable of breeding her. And besides it's coming into winter here! It's not a good time of the year to have babies

As you can tell I am very taken with both Mr and Mrs Little Chicken.
I have always felt afraid of bantams because they are so small and I would be afraid of breaking them somehow - but those two look rather robust.

Little brats that's what they are. Mr LC is a demon with the other cockerels, Bert actually encourages him to beat the crap out of Rosario and Shorley. I call him Bert's Lt.

Mrs LC is a dainty thing but she is also a tough one, and if anyone bugs her she just flies away, the others are nowhere near as capable as she is at flying.
