Then, you stop trying to give them bread, and feed them with seeds instead. I use safflower seeds for treats (and scratch grains)
Do I need to think of everything? :old :barnie
Our girls are so spoiled w/ everything organic ...sunflower seeds, millet seeds, pepper seeds, spinach, sweet potato, watermelon, cukes, blueberries, lamb, dry mealworm/shrimp/flies mix, cantaloupe, cabbage, corn, peas, zucchini, banana, cooked egg, Greek yogurt, jam, steamed veggie mix, etc, but pumpkin or bread is not a treat as far as they're concerned :idunno

Could be a red sex link. Depending on hatchery, Cinnamon Queen, red star, golden Comet, ISA Brown, etc.

Seems to be too light - light ends to wings - to be a Buckeye, or a Rhode Island Red. Could possibly be a NH red.

I'm leaning towards a red sex link - but would need to know hatchery - and see final juvenile feathering to be sure. Clearly they will have a single comb - so very high probability the has a RIR as a parent (very common in Red Sex Links)

Can't wait to read RM's thoughts!
