None of my polish ever had issues with lice, etc. (Knock on wood) In my experience the head poofs have not led to any additional issues other than issues seeing.

Same here, I don’t think they are more prone to it, but might be more difficult to treat with the long thick feathers.

Is she outside? I think if you had a crate to put the wee ones on their chirping will bring her running- I know my mamas will come racing back when they hear their babies.

I tried it yesterday. Didn’t work. But I did see both mamas with their two babies in my yard this morning. I tried to catch mama and my two little ones, but they are just too fast to catch
