Also folic acid, B-6, B-12, Zinc. The "B" vitamins are the easiest to destroy in cooking so fresh food sources or supplements of these vitamins is needed.

As for stress...let me know if there's a cure for that!

Little got a bath last night. She has joined the "cleaned and trimmed" butt group!

Tonight is Stormy's turn. Then I'll have gotten the really messy butts cleaned up. The trimming isn't the neatest; I have to do it by the red light on my headlamp, trying to keep a nervous chicken in the sink.

Button still manages to keep her butt fluff pristine! This is from last spring, but this is how neat her fluff is.
