Foot Injury/Toenail Gone

Found my hen after she wouldn’t come out of the coop with an injury to her toe/toenail gone. Currently have her isolated and cleaned it with antiseptic and wound spray as the other chickens were pecking at her. Any idea what this is? Any recommendations for treating it?

I would put some triple antibiotic (without painkiller) on it.
