Hi there, I had a hen get loose from the coop. She won’t let me get close to grab her, she’s following my two free range roosters around. But I noticed she’s got something going on and it’s my first time seeing something like this. Hoping you all more knowledgeable chicken keepers could help me and let me know what to do! Hopefully I can catch her soon! Sorry they aren’t better pictures

What little I can make out in those pics.. looks like it *might* just be poopy butt. Many will need a clean up once or twice per year.

Catching her off the roost while it's dark may be the easiest. Use a flashlight and keep it dark. Do you know where them boys roost at?

Maybe you can get a better picture then as well. :fl

Yes very high up in some trees and they taught her well! That’s what I was thinking at first and hoping that’s all it is. I was thinking from the stress of being left outside last night, I checked on the boys in the trees thinking hmm that’s too light and too small for the other rooster 😂

Does it look like Vent Gleet? If so, you can give her some yogurt or other probiotics. Give her Epsom salt bath will help. You can also treat it with Monistat or Epsom salt flush.
