She looks hot.
You might bring her to a slightly cooler place for just a couple of hours.
Not for too long and not too much lower of a temp, see if she'll eat and drink.
I've had to do this in the winter when temps are extreme, we call it a 'reset'.
It was hot (about 92) on Tuesday when this started but Wednesday Thursday Friday it was in the 70s. Saturday and Sunday 80s. I did think she was hot on Tuesday when it was 92 which is why I figured giving her electrolytes wouldn’t hurt but the weird behavior has continued even on these cooler days.

She seemed to be perking up yesterday and this morning and now she's back to doing the same thing. Yes, she still has not left the coop since Tuesday. I have taken her out a few times to see if she would roam around but she slowly walks right back to the coop and stays in. Her crop doesn't feet the least bit full to me although I can't say I know exactly what I'm feeling for. I don't feel anything around the vent but have not checked inside the vent. She is eating and drinking. I did start corid yesterday just incase it was coccid. I'll post some pictures here in just a minute.
I agree, she looks hot to me too.
Has she been laying eggs? What does her poop look like?
Look inside her beak, any debris, canker, yellow/white cheesy spots?

Don't go overboard with the EL, too much is as bad as not enough.
Once a week is plenty.

What all and how exactly are you feeding?

Do you have other birds the same age?

Is she maybe close to laying?

Give her a good going over.
Bug check notes:
Have you checked them over real well for mites and/or lice?

Google images of lice/mites and their eggs before the inspection so you'll know what you're looking for.

Part the feathers right down to the skin around vent, head/neck and under wings.

Best done well after dark with a strong flashlight/headlight, easier to 'catch' bird and also to check for the mites that live in structure and only come out at night to feed off roosting birds.

Wipe a white paper towel along the underside of roost to look for red smears(smashed well fed mites).
I just looked all over her and couldn’t find any mites or lice or any sign of bugs on her. Right now her mouth is now closed but she’s almost kind of laying on her side to sleep, she won’t get on the roost. When I looked for bugs around the vent, I did notice it was almost wet looking.

Can you feel her abdomen - any bloat/swelling or fluid feeling (below the vent between the legs)?
Did you feel inside the vent for an egg?
I felt all around her crop and abdomen and didn’t feel any bloat or swelling. I didn’t feel inside the vent, just all around it in the outsides and didn’t feel anything. She has not started laying yet that I know of. I put some vet rx on her Incase it’s respiratory but I didn’t hear any weird breathing. Her mouth was closed now.
