is it bumblefoot or something else?

my chickens foot has been swollen for 3 months now. it was swollen on just her foot and we cut into it and meaty blood came out. there has been no scab to sign that its bumlefoot. its just a blood pus filled foot and leg. i feel like if it was bumblefoot it would have killed her by now. we wrapped it and drained it at least 3 separate times. after awhile the swelling and meaty blood/pus went up to her leg. eventually we decided to just let nature take its course and see what happened bc nothing we were doing helped. her foot is still very swollen and some of its up her leg and i have no idea what to do. shes not showing any signs of sickness. shes walking, eating, drinking, bathing, socializing with other chickens. it doesnt seem to bother her. she does have a slight limp but barley. im so clueless of what to do. please tell me what to do or tell me what could be wrong with her.

this before we did surgery and it looks the exact same rn. the only difference is that it’s more swollen and the pus is all the way up in her leg and i can feel it.

we’ve soaked her foot multiple times and saw no difference. we’ve drained it 3 times and it comes back every time. we will be cutting into it again but i know there’s gonna be no difference. if this was bumblefoot, wouldn’t have killed her or made her sick by now?

we have been applying vetericyn spray and antibiotic ointment on it and then we wrap it.
