ISO Laying Hen distributor in Upstate NY

I'm having a hard time finding good farms to buy hen from that are already laying eggs. I live by the Catskills in upstate New York. We have nothing but farms out here and I still can't seem to find a decent place to buy laying Hens. It's been frustrating. Anyone know a good place?

Have you looked on Craigslist. That's usually the easiest if you aren't looking for a specific breed.
