New chick with a bad leg

Hi everyone! We hatched out a group of chicks the other day, all of them appeared happy and healthy except for one. This little guy doesn’t move much and I notice one of his back legs is stuck straight and the toes on that side curl in. I also noticed that leg kind of twitches from time to time. I’ve never had a chick with injuries before. Hoping to get some guidance from some more experienced chicken experts.
