Judging by legs, I feel that is a Cuckoo Maran. I doubt that is an Olive EggerView attachment 1891375 I don’t think it has a beard. But it’s very young. Notice the size comparison with Mrs Coopscraft’s hand.

He is light, so he has two copies of cuckoo. All offspring will be cuckoo with other colors mixed in depending on the hen he breeds with.If it was a cuckoo maran

That doesn't produce olive eggers. Not even close.I had a cpouple of olive eggers dad was a Blue Jersy Giant, hens were a barred rock and a Gold laced Wyandette
The barred rock hen of the pairing produced a grey check that grew up looking more like the sapphire gems, while the Gold laced in that combo produced a black hen that has some pretty colors mixed in when hit right by the light
