Something’s stuck in hens throat!!

Hi all,
Went out this morning and one of my buffs is having a bad time breathing and is opening her mouth as to get something out but its not working. I alreading massaged for a long time and it didn’t seem to work. Any ideas?

How does her crop feel? If it is full do not massage. Crop blockages or sour crop may cause the crop to not be empty in morning as they should. Can you upload a video of what she is doing? Offer her plenty of water. Let us know how she is.

Can you take a look inside her beak for any obstruction, canker or lesions?

You've massaged the crop, do you feel the crop is not functioning?
