my HOSE!!! This dog, who acts like a puppy, although he is 4 1/2 years old, has this HUGE fetish for the spray nozzle on the hose. Everytime I am taking care of my ducks, watering them, etc. he HAS to "help" by trying to get the spray from the hose. I even tried spraying him with it, as that seems to be what he wanted, but it made him want it more. So, tonight, I am watering the ducks, emptying dishes and refilling, etc. and I feel this tug on the hose. I pull back, thinking it's caught on the fence, cause I have it run through the dog yard, to the duck yard, which is in a corner of the dog yard. It's the only way it will reach. So, I pull back, and then it's yanked out of my hands!!! I turn around and here is Spaz dog (whose real name is Hershey) with the hose in his teeth, happy as can be, playing tug of war with the hose. His teeth put many, many punctures in the hose and it was spraying him all in the face and he was loving every minute of it. Of course, the hose is now ruined. My husband said we need to get another one. Darn dog! I guess he can't come out to "help" me anymore, now that he knows how to make the hose spray him in the face when he wants it to.

I have never seen a dog as obsessed with the hose as much as this one is. It's funny, but he's a pain in the you know what, too! LOL

So, my dog killed my hose tonight. RIP hose...you served me well. LOL

Pic of Spaz please!

The first Bull Terrier (like the Target dog) we owned had to be locked in the house when the automatic lawn sprinklers were scheduled to come on. He would rip them out of the ground. Funny to watch him take on the big Rainbirds in the pasture too. I kept expecting to see water shoot out his ears like a cartoon animal. It only shot out his nose.

Oh dear... but some good might come out of the hose with teeth marks you could run it through flower beds or veggie beds as a sprinkler system.....

Ok, here's a picture of him from about a year and a half ago. It's the only one in my photobucket acct. that is of him looking straight at the camera. I have some other pics of him on my computer, but need to upload to photobucket, so here is a quick one.
