What useful crosses can I make?

They look like Red Jungle Fowl eggs to me. I would say you have a good breeding pair. Another way to tell is to see if they have yellow skin.
Are you looking for show quality birds? There is a breeder here in America that may ship some chicks, but they are expensive.
yes all habits of my pair are like rjf, but color is not, yes i want quality bird. i will try to purchase, plez give me link, actually i want to re introduce this rjf in my near by jungle t, whre they are in past, but now exticnt

Your BCM is being a gentleman. He is protecting his hens from excessive breeding, and stress. Don't worry, he's getting business done, it's just never when you're there. I was worried about the same thing myself, but almost every egg in his pen was fertile.

As for the silver or white gene, I'll have to locate my book. Hang on.

Do you think four males would be too many for 30 females? Right now I have 30 females and 3 males.
Also what book do you recommend to learn this?

All I know is that a Marans cross gives you a darker version of the other parents egg.

Ooooo! That gives me ideas!! I just acquired a handsome breeding pair of Black Copper Marans and I was disappointed that I was only able to get one hen, but now I'm thinking that I could put my Olive Egger and Amauracana girls in with the Marans rooster and their offspring would lay darker olive eggs and more Olive Eggers! :ya

Oh, well I have several books. The one I spoke of earlier is "Exhibition Poultry" by David Scrivener. I also have "Storey's Guide to Raising Chickens" by Gail Damerow, which I use a lot, too. L

A good ratio isn't set in stone. For heavy breeds 1:8 is optimum, and 1:12 is max

For light breeds like Leghorns, it's 1:12 and 1:20

Just out of curiosity, do you plan to make separate pens or chop heads?

Oh, honey. You can do more than that.
