Why are my chickens dying?

I am so sorry for your loss its never fun to lose your ladies or gents. I have never heard of something like this before but when my birds get sick I usually put apple cider vinegar in their water and give them some greek yogurt to help try and give their immune system a boost. Best of luck to you!
Thank you so much!

I don’t have a bag of feed right now with the nutritional analysis but the website for the mill says that it’s crimpt grains, proteins and minerals. That’s probably not helpful but I figured I’d throw it in there anyway lol
I'm sorry you and your child are not feeling well either! :hugs

Let us know if you are able to get that out.
OK, do you have a link to the website to the mill?

Thanks! Once I get my son settled back down I’m going to head out again to try and help the hen.
Here is the link to the mill. I get the feed that they make there. Thanks for your help! You’re awesome. It’s nice to have so many people willing to help out when there’s issues. The forum has been an amazing resource.

It looks like they offer nutritionally balanced feed.

It's possible the birds have an illness that is contagious to people, but likely with them expelling soft shell membranes and what looks like lash eggs they are suffering from a reproductive problem. The best way to know is if you lose another and send it for necropsy/testing.

How old are they? Did you raise them from chicks are buy them as started pullets?

I would tweak their nutrition - provide them with a layer feed that is at least 16% protein, offer oyster shell free choice and limit treats like scratch grains.
