Definitely a cockerel and possibly hen feathered. Henny feather is a double gene and incompletely dominant in my experience, He is plenty young to really tell acurately right now, it is possible though that he has one henny gene which would play into him starting to look a bit henny feathered...
Not much information online. Feed them like the rest plus add a bit of meat protein. Some people just add cheap cat food, I like getting a better kind, but it needs to be meat based.
I did 12 years ago. They looked like a mixed up bunch of Orientals. They did look like orientals, just mixed together. They tended to look like poor versions of Thai/Brazilian mixes with a bit of shamo and something else mixed in. Who knows, maybe some things have changed since then.
