Attached are pictures of the parents and a picture of the first chick to hatch so far, it does appear to have retained the puffy cheeks of the Ameraucana. After drying, its hatched weight was 27 grams out of eggs that average around 40 grams in weight.

It almost has a bluish looking color, not as dark of a black as the Seramas I have are born with. All of the other eggs I am incubating have shown great development, no early quitters. Excited to see how these will turn out.

I'd love to hear how this combination of birds turned out. I have a Serama rooster. In addition to his Serama hens, he also has an Ameraucana and a Faverolles hen. I'm super curious about the likely-hood of getting fertile eggs (I know he'll try) as well as what size and traits and egg color to expect.
