Well hubby ordered some Cobra Asil eggs and some other Oriental Games. The Wahl Blue Asils are currently in the incubator but we will not start turning them for another 36-48 hours as we are trying to give the insides time to get sorted out… per advice on mailed egg incubation. Considering the low incubation rates we have been having, I think we will be lucky to get 1 chick per dozen eggs.

Recently discovered that my Malays are the Indian Malays, not the American bred type.(Difference is the Shrimp Tail, a feature American bred, Malays don't have)

I use to be pretty active on this thread, and hoping to maybe gleen some help/guidance.

I'm on the hunt for a Hmong/Hmong cross rooster. I have a flock of Kraienkoppe/Malay/Svart Hona hens (with random barnyard) that I want to introduce fresh blood and the Hmong is both the body type, the fibro and not gamey personality that would be perfect for my little side project.

Oooo perfect. Once I got pens set up will definitely be putting a order in, may be next year but definitely interested. They have the body type I been leaning in with some project birds, I just prefer the smaller pea or walnut combs.
