Jared--if you peel and sculpt a face on an apple, dip it in lemon juice and then hang by a string to dry, it will look like a real shrunken head. After fully drying, you can clear seal it to make it permanent
I make mine in a springform cheesecake pan. prebake your cake in same pan so it's just the right size, Cool, cut into layers. Stack cake, softened ice cream, candy or choc chip bits as you like. Freeze. Unmold, ice as you like

we get 180 a cord here---but 50 miles away it goes for 200-225 for a full cord. Hubby dumps it at your house for that but can't stack it. If he stacks it and someone gets hurt on a falling piece, we'd be liable for damages
