I will have to disagree with you here. Shipped eggs have greater odds of being malpositioned. Their air cells are more often than not disrupted. This is the older model. I believe they had some fan issues with the holes being too big and risk of chick injuring itself? Not sure, hopefully others will respond. 😊

Thanks! So I am not the only one who could not find it!😂 Maybe it does not matter, as long as the eggs are being turned. I am used to the Brinsea, which can be adjusted from 45 minutes to 3 hour turning frequency.😊
