I would not use them if you want to breed pure ameraucanas. They may well carry the yellow gene that is now hidden by the white.
Spend your precious time (and $$) on some quality chicks/birds and save yourself big headaches later.

Any hen can lay those mini eggs, so they are not necessarily from a new layer. Do you have other layers in the coop that lay light brown eggs?
If the egg was light brown (not blue or green) and was for sure laid by your hen, are you sure your bird is a pure ameraucana and not an easter...
