Haha, I have a drake and hen that sound just like her. Earlier today I was changing door latches on the duck house and the two of them kept coming over and nibbling on me but if I went to pet them or spoke to then they'd stand up tall and start "yellin" at me.

Alright! Thanks. I few of them are starting but one just doesn't sound like the others so I'm hoping that that one is a drake and the others are girls because I'm only keeping girls.

Can anyone tell me when I should be able to voice sex my Pekin ducklings? They are almost a month old and are starting to go from peeping to quacking. I think one is a boy but when they're this young in not sure what gender sounds like what. Also I read that drakes tend to have their tales...

Does anyone know if feather sexing works on day old Pekin ducklings? I have a duckling in my bator starting to hatch I believe it's internally pipped or at least it looks and sounds like it so once I can I'd really like to know the sex especially because I only want hens.
